Three WordPress sites became one platform, built on a CMS of its own: custom-built, fully extensible and shaped around the client’s needs. With newsletter connection, discount cards, a B2B area and PageSpeed 99 on mobile.

The German Desk of the Malta Tourism Authority ran three domains on three separate WordPress sites. Every change had to be made three times, maintenance took a lot of effort, and the pages were slow. SEO and AEO were very demanding to keep up, the partner area was awkward to use, and extending the setup or monitoring changes across all sites was hard.
Behind the platform runs a CMS that was built from scratch for the Malta Tourism Authority. It is not a theme and not a plugin stack: it is absolutely extensible and follows the client’s needs. Content, partner offers, newsletter signups, discount cards and the B2B area are all managed in one place. The screenshots show the live platform on desktop and on the phone.

The team told us what the three sites do and what partners and visitors need. We turned that into one platform and moved everything over.
One platform means one place to run, update and monitor, instead of three WordPress installations.
