Most people search for “workspace” and mean one of four things. Here is how to tell them apart. Kind For Think about Hotdesk Freelancers, nomads, remote staff Free seat, no lease, pay per day Dedicated desk Anyone who comes most days Your own desk and setup, monthly Private office Small teams and calls all day Lockable room, branding options, on request Meeting room Workshops, client meetings, team days Book by the hour or day, often at a partner For whom ## Match the workspace to who you are - Freelancer or nomad: start with a day or week pass and see how the place feels before you commit. - Remote employee: a monthly hotdesk or a dedicated desk gives you a fixed rhythm and a reason to leave the flat. - Small company: a private office keeps calls and screens private and gives the team a base. - Team on a sprint: book a week of desks, add a meeting room for the kickoff and the review. Teams ## Meeting rooms and places for team days Not every meeting needs a private office. For a half-day workshop a bookable meeting room is enough. We list independent meeting-room providers as partners on Gozo, so you can find them in one place. We only give information: you book and pay directly with the provider. Planning a longer stay for a group? The workcation page has examples for teams, and the planner estimates costs for your group size. Quality ## What a good workspace needs - Internet you can rely on, with measured speeds - Chairs and desks made for eight hours - A quiet corner and a place for calls - Daylight, fresh air and air conditioning in summer - Access hours that match your clients - People around you, without noise you cannot escape Our space ## Workspace Gozo: a calm base, not a city office Workspace Gozo is the name of our space in Victoria on Gozo, Malta.
